FinTrU is looking for an experienced QA Lead to lead the QA in line with the organisation's vision, who will work in partnership with multiple stakeholders to create and deliver on the company's tech strategic direction.

Role & Responsibilities 
  • Lead and align the QA team with the Company's vision 
  • Create and drive a culture of quality throughout the full SDLC 
  • Work in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders to create and deliver the technology strategic direction and roadmap 
  • Build out an exceptional and diverse team 
  • Own the performance and personal growth of the QA Team 
  • Research and implement innovative ways to improve tools and ways of working 
  • Use data to drive your decisions 
 
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience of leading and developing high performing teams to deliver enterprise-scale solutions 
  • Demonstrated passion in advocating for and implementing quality best practices 
  • Strong delivery capabilities - knows how to navigate and collaborate with Product teams to deliver  
  • Passionate about putting people at the centre of what we do and promoting company values and culture 
  • Highly effective communicator, proficient with both technology and non-technology stakeholders 
 
 
Desirable Criteria
  • Exposure to delivering technology projects for regulated industries 
  • Experience delivering cloud-native SaaS solutions
