We are looking to recruit an Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams and help to drive the company's vision.

  • Create and drive a positive engineering culture that will attract top talent who want to work at FinTrU 
  • Work in partnership with Product Management to create the technology strategic direction and roadmap 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional peers and leaders to deliver projects 
  • Build out an exceptional and diverse team of engineering talent 
  • Own the performance and personal growth of the engineers 
  • Use data to drive your decisions 
Skills/Experience required:
  • Experience of leading and developing high performing teams to deliver enterprise-scale solutions 
  • Demonstrated passion in advocating for and implementing software engineering best practices including development methodologies, CI/CD & DevOps 
  • Strong delivery capabilities - knows how to navigate and collaborate with Product teams to deliver  
  • Passionate about putting people at the centre of what we do and promoting company values and culture 
  • Highly effective communicator, proficient with both technology and non-technology stakeholders 
  • Exposure to delivering technology projects for regulated industries 
  • Experience delivering cloud-native SaaS solutions
