The FinTech market has witnessed incredible growth over the last couple of years and the technology team at FinTrU is working on some exciting new products.
The team are looking for a Scrum Master to join us and guide the team on how best to utilise Agile practices and principles.

Role Responsibilities
  • Guides the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services
  • Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
  • Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
  • Resolve blockers and issues that occur
  • Support the product owner and provide education where needed
  • Help the Scrum Team define Agile reports and metrics
  • Apply different Agile development strategies appropriate to the project

Required Experience, Skills and Attributes:
  • A minimum of 3 years experience within a scrum team
  • Track record of successfully leading a scrum team
  • Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
  • Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
  • Experience with successful Agile techniques
  • Ability to work with and lead a team
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
