FinTrU are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineers to join their rapidly growing technology team. The successful individuals can be based in either Belfast or Derry/Londonderry.
The position is responsible for research, development, and application of software as it relates to new and existing applications. As required, this position may encompass the following steps of the product life cycle: specification, design, implementation, testing, release, and support.
Role Responsibilities:
As a part of a newly forming team following Agile methodologies, you will be responsible for designing new features as well as working on optimisation and fixes for existing solutions

A keen eye for detail with upfront documented design and, by working with them, mentoring other members of the team following best practices is very much expected
Joining at this early stage you will have the opportunity to shape the way going forward
Due to our move away from traditional roles this position requires you to wear many hats therefore, experience across web application software layers and seeing further than just the code is a must.
Knowledge of hosting, deployment and operations is an advantage as this will enable us to onboard new hosting technologies such as containerisation and microservice architecture in an efficient manner.
Building from scratch, we are looking at adopting fresh tech that might push you out of your comfort zone of the usual MS stack for legacy apps.
When hitting greenfield you will be expected to be able to carry out research on your own and explore new technologies, thoroughly document and implement them.

Required Experience and Skills:
  • 5+ Years Full Stack Development experience 
  • Essential: Experience in C# /.NET core
  • Essential: Experience in Angular
  • Strong communicator
  • Preferable: Agile team work experience
  • Beneficial: Experience with Microservices etc.
